Customer Service (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer’s feedback/complaints on our services.
- Provide first level support and investigative process to complaints.
- Adminstrative and Analytical work.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of related working experience preferably.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written languages of English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
- Those with customer service or related experiences will have added advantage.
- Should posses initiative and analytical mind-set.

Application Engineer (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Data mining for monthly bill/report generation
- Maintain and improve existing systems
- Address internal users and resellers request for support
- Database and web application development (requirement gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment)
- End user training and documentation
- Research for new technology that can be incorporated in work for constant improvement.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skills: Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, PHP, Crystal Report, MYSQL.
- Experience in billing life cycle and accounting software will be added advantage
- Passionate about programming and latest web technologies.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time junior executive position (we work alternate Saturday)
